You can check the status of your order by clicking on “Track Your Order” link in the navigation bar on top of the web page. Please have your email address and password ready and you will be able to track or check the status of your order right from our web site.
Shipping Process
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 Canadian business day. If an order is submitted to us on a business day before 3:30 pm Eastern Standard Time then orders usually ship on the same day. Any orders submitted after 3:30 pm usually ships on next business day.
Shipping Notification
Over 99.9% of online buyers will receive automatic tracking information via email from courier service provider. There are some exceptions due to the size of packages such as single order of small cables or small accessories that fits into bubble wrap packets will not have tracking information.
Shipping Carrier
Most of items under 30kg are usually shipped with Canada Post for Canadian orders and USPS for USA orders by default. Items exceeding 30kg are usually shipped with sameday.ca
All orders will be insured to the maximum coverage value allowed by carrier. E-Outlet Canada is not responsible for any damage/loss beyond the carrier’s maximum allowable coverage.
Shipping & Handling and Taxes:
You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes, duties and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase. If actual shipping cost exceeds the amount that buyer had paid for then buyer will be contacted by E-Outlet Canada sales representative for charging the difference of the shipping cost. If buyer refuses to pay the difference then E-Outlet Canada will simply cancel the order.

Free Shipping
Please note that when E-Outlet Canada offers free shipping on certain items there are some restrictions of coverage area such as deliveries to remote areas where the delivery surcharge applies due to being out of normal boundaries of carriers' route. For example, postal codes that have more than one zero (0) e.g. X0X 0X0 in Canada, usually have surcharges to delivery fees. In such case, buyer will be contacted by an on-line sales representative via phone or email and will ask for extra charge of delivery. Upon approval of the buyer, E-Outlet Canada will charge buyer for extra charge with same method of payment of original purchase. If buyer refuses to pay the extra shipping cost then E-Outlet Canada will simply refund the original paid amount.
